House with lots of good sun exposure with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with balcony, roof terrace with barbecue and sea view, very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, excellent wi-fi, cable TV, free parking in front of the house, swimming pool, outdoor gym with sea views 2 minutes walking, supermarkets and local shops, restaurants and bars, close to everything you may need during your stay.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. All household products are also provided such as cleaning products, washing and dish washing machines detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and spices.

Municipal Tourist Tax

€1 per night in low season (between November 1st and March 31st).

€2 per night in high season (between April 1st and October 31st).

All people aged 13 and over (inclusive) per night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, regardless of nationality, place of residence and when you made the reservation.

The amount of the Municipal Tourist Tax is given to the host on the day of check-in or until the day of check-out.
